Unidentified Airborne Pneumonia Spreads to Europe, Canada

That lovely, apparently airborne pneumonia has now cropped up in Germany, having previously turned up in Canada. It originally appeared in Asia, where it has spread widely.

What took me a minute to figure out about this report, however, is that the man undergoing treatment in Germany was on a flight TO Singapore FROM New York. In other words, he was here, in the U.S., and in all likelihood has transmitted the pneumonia to someone here. It will take a few days for it to turn up, but get ready, because it’s coming.

While only about 9 people have died worldwide from this pneumonia so far, no one has recovered yet. Oh joy.
